How to start a workout

  • Log into the PTHub app
  • Click Workouts
    • Choose your workout from your assigned workouts
    • Done!

Going through your workout

  • Perform each exercise one by one
    • In this example, the first exercise is...
      •  Bodyweight Squat
        • 20 reps then rest for 1:15
  • Not sure how to perform the exercise? Each exercise comes with a video of how to safely and effectively perform each move
  • Once you have finished, click the tick box

 

Key:

  • Reps (repetitions): How many times you perform the movement
  • Rest: How long to recover between each movement

Giant set: (Yellow section)

A giant set is a range of exercises performed one after the other with no recovery, for example:

Here you would perform:

  • Star Jumps - 45 Second
  • High Knees - 30 Second
  • Bodyweight Squats - 20 reps
  • Glute Bridges - 20 reps
  • Band Deadlifts - 15 reps
  • Lateral Raise - with Bands - 15 reps
  • Press Ups - 10 reps
  • Oblique Crunches - 20 reps
    • Rest - 1 minute (then repeat)
